Leasing office hours will be announced closer to leasing launch. Future residents will also be able to connect with our team online, by phone, and through digital leasing tools.
The Marshall Binghamton offers individual leasing. Residents are only responsible for their own monthly installment payments, not the payments of their roommates.

Residents will be able to submit maintenance requests through the resident portal, leasing office, or by contacting the management team directly. Emergency maintenance support will also be available.
